Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In original condition
- With all tags still attached
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow:
- 3–5 working days for processing after inspection
- Additional time depending on your bank or payment provider
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact austjf80@gmail.com
Include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
A replacement or refund will be arranged as quickly as possible.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Ensure your return is securely packaged. Lost or damaged returns cannot be refunded.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been worn or washed
- Items without original tags
- Items returned outside the 14-day window
